Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Web Technology Technical Lead, located in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will oversee web technology projects, manage software development life cycles, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to teams and clients, and mentoring developers. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, designing effective technological solutions, and ensuring the implementation aligns with company standards and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
• Strong foundation in Information Technology and web-based technologies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to manage teams, mentor developers, and oversee complex technical projects
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with ERP and SAAS products a plus.
