Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and maintain NICE inContact CXone Studio scripts including IVR, call routing, SMS, chat, and email workflows
- Design and implement seamless call flows for optimal customer experience
- Integrate CXone with CRM systems and other third-party applications
- Utilize APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON for system integrations and data exchanges
- Ensure compliance with telephony regulations, data privacy laws, and security best practices
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including telephony, security, and application teams
