Responsibilities
- Contract Administration
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents and obligation registers.
- Prepare summaries and circulate key contractual clauses to relevant teams.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Track compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and change orders, and timely submission of notices. preparation of extension of time, claims
- Change Management
- Assist in preparing change notifications and maintaining change order logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely approvals and documentation.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Site and Billing teams to ensure contractual deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal departments.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for review by Sr. Manager and Head Contract Manager.
- Update dashboards and trackers for management visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies
Understanding of contract terms, risk management basics, and compliance requirements.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools like MSP, PrimaveraGood communication and coordination abilities.Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate in Engineering.Experience
5-8 years of experience in contract administration or project support roles.Exposure to large-scale RE / infrastructure projects preferred.Skills Required
