About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cost Engineering Leader specializing in electrical and electro-mechanical components . The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in component costing, process understanding, and leadership of global, cross-functional cost engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost engineering strategy for electrical and electro-mechanical commodities including cables, wire harnesses, motors, transformers, and sensors .
• Develop and implement cost models, benchmarks, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Analyze cost drivers—materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and supplier teams to drive value engineering and cost optimization.
• Manage and mentor a global cost engineering team, ensuring consistent methodologies and data integrity.
• Support sourcing decisions through detailed cost breakdowns and supplier negotiations.
