About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter (Technical Hiring) to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior recruitment experience who want to gain deeper exposure to IT and technology-focused hiring . You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as developers, QA engineers, designers, data analysts, etc.
- Source candidates through recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and daily progress reports.
- Support HR in ongoing recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.
Who Can Apply
