Job descriptionCarry out routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of institutional buildings. Diagnose and resolve building-related issues such as structural repairs, leakages, flooring damage, cracks, and plaster deterioration & MEP etc. Maintain records of maintenance schedules and completed works. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors / vendors for material, manpower, and timely execution. Prepare daily / weekly progress reports, maintenance logs, and update management on status. Always ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety standards Implement corrective measures for defects and follow up until closure. Strong knowledge of civil engineering, finishing works, and building maintenance. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards. Strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Construction & Finishing Works :
- Supervise and execute civil construction and finishing activities (masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, joinery, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress against project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
