Job description
Key Responsibilities : -
Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for assigned residential projects.
Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners (CPs) to widen the sales network.
Build strong relationships with CPs, ensure their engagement through regular meets, trainings, and incentive programs.
Drive revenue through the CP network and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
Lead and mentor the CP sales team; track team performance and optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with marketing to provide CPs with the necessary sales tools, marketing collateral, and project information.
Manage sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and performance analytics for the channel team.
Organize and participate in CP events, site visits, and project launches to maximize reach and conversions.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and project-related documentation.
