Job description

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for assigned residential projects.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners (CPs) to widen the sales network.
  • Build strong relationships with CPs, ensure their engagement through regular meets, trainings, and incentive programs.
  • Drive revenue through the CP network and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Lead and mentor the CP sales team; track team performance and optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing to provide CPs with the necessary sales tools, marketing collateral, and project information.
  • Manage sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and performance analytics for the channel team.
  • Organize and participate in CP events, site visits, and project launches to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and project-related documentation.
