Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Workflow Engineer with 510 years of experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have at least 23 years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and will be an expert in building intelligent, generative AI-driven workflows. This role is critical for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions using technologies like Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric, while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise data sources.

Key Responsibilities :

• GenAI Workflow Development : Design and develop advanced GenAI workflows and conversational experiences using Power Automate and Copilot Studio. This includes implementing complex orchestration logic and integrating agentic workflows.
• AI Integration : Architect and deploy solutions that leverage Azure OpenAI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to create intelligent applications.
• Data & API Integration : Proficiently integrate solutions with a variety of data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph. You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines and custom connectors.
• Reporting & Analytics : Embed GenAI capabilities into business reporting by leveraging Microsoft Fabric Data Agents and Copilot in Power BI, enhancing data insights and user experience.
• Solution Architecture & Design : Design modular, scalable, and secure AI solutions that adhere to enterprise-grade governance standards. You will also be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences using adaptive cards.
• Agile Collaboration : Work within an agile environment, engaging in iterative prototyping, sprint planning, and continuous stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered efficiently.
