Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for both Senior and Junior Accountant positions. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank transactions, processing payroll, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Senior Accountant will supervise financial activities, while the Junior Accountant will provide support and handle day-to-day financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Additional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus
