Role Overview
Lead the luxury & homegrown accessories category by onboarding top emerging brands, optimizing assortment, and driving growth across jewelry, bags, belts, and more. Own category strategy, financial performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard luxury and online-first accessory brands.
Build and execute category growth plans.
Strengthen assortment depth and relevance.
Track trends to drive selection and sales.
Deliver key metrics : Conversion, NPS, GMV / NMV, returns, onboarding scale.
Manage financial outcomes (NMV, margins, AMOP).
Work with marketing, supply chain, finance, and UI / UX to boost performance.
