Description
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field0-1 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar roleKnowledge of sourcing techniques on job portals, social media, and professional networksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databasesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesStrong decision-making skillsKnowledge of HR best practicesAbility to multitask effectivelyAttention to detailSkills Required
