We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Counselor to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential students, guiding them through our academic offerings, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This is a voice-based, inside sales role requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion : Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Inside Sales & Voice Process : Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on the best academic programs.
- Academic Counseling : Guide students and parents about course details, career prospects, and admission processes.
- CRM & Follow-Ups : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads diligently.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students to enhance retention.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and student preferences to improve sales strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or EdTech is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.Prior experience in an EdTech sales role is an added advantage.Perks & Benefits :
