Appglide - Python DevOps Engineer - Docker & Kubernetes

We are seeking a skilled Python DevOps Engineer to join our customer solutions engineering team. This role involves working closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.

Our client is an industry-leading AIOps platform that provides real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures.

The platform combines multiple sources of data into a single, easy-to-use platform, enabling IT teams to troubleshoot network issues faster, reduce downtime, and improve MTTR.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with customers to understand their data, workflow, and analytics requirements.
• Deploy solutions at customers' sites, ensuring they are adequately enabled for use, understanding, and self-serve extensions of platform capabilities.
• Work with the sales team and partners on pre-sales activities.
• Design, develop, and execute plans for proof-of-concept (POC) and lead deployments to completion.
• Improve product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.
