We are seeking a skilled Python DevOps Engineer to join our customer solutions engineering team. This role involves working closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments.
Our client is an industry-leading AIOps platform that provides real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures.
The platform combines multiple sources of data into a single, easy-to-use platform, enabling IT teams to troubleshoot network issues faster, reduce downtime, and improve MTTR.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with customers to understand their data, workflow, and analytics requirements.
- Deploy solutions at customers' sites, ensuring they are adequately enabled for use, understanding, and self-serve extensions of platform capabilities.
- Work with the sales team and partners on pre-sales activities.
- Design, develop, and execute plans for proof-of-concept (POC) and lead deployments to completion.
- Improve product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.
Requirements :
At least 2+ years of experience in Python development in a hyper-growth SaaS startup environment.2+ years of experience in customer-facing deployment roles.2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology.Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization.Experience with software configuration, data serialization, automation, and orchestration using YAML.Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.Experience designing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.Understanding of networks, including data center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS / DHCP, load balancing, and other related technologies.Desirable Skills :
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation frameworks.Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.Ability to work with distributed systems and scalability(ref : hirist.tech)
