Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Manager, located in Gurugram. The Admissions Manager will engage in managing and guiding the admissions process, handling inquiries from prospective students, and overseeing enrollment activities. Key responsibilities include counseling students and parents, maintaining admission records, coordinating admission events, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Experience in Student Counseling, Admissions Process, or Student Engagement
Ability to maintain records, manage enrollment, and organize admission events
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Capability to handle inquiries professionally and deliver excellent customer service
Previous experience in education management or a related field is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
