Job descriptionEnsure reports and data are submitted within agreed SLAs Engage with senior BU stakeholders bi-weekly for updates and performance reviews Lead monthly management committee meetings to track progress and change initiatives Lead weekly team connects to monitor KPIs, performance, and team management activities Collaborate with governance and process leads to simplify and standardize reports Act as SME to assist with process improvements and technological enhancements Participate in quarterly strategic meetings to review direction, initiatives, and performance
Responsibilities
Core Finance Activities
- Deliver performance management reporting with actionable commentary on variances and business outcomes
- Develop financial models for PSP, AOP Phase-1 & Phase-2, and rolling forecasts
- Conduct 'What-if' and scenario analyses for supply chain and operations
- Provide accurate and timely data collection to support BU decision-making
- Respond to ad hoc data and report requests from BUs
