Experience : 10 - 15+ years in IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery

Key Skills & Expertise :

• Strong background in IT Infrastructure (Data Center, Networks, Cloud, End-User Computing, Security)
• Proven experience managing large-scale infra operations & service delivery teams
• Expertise in incident, change, and problem management
• Vendor and stakeholder management at a senior level
• Ability to drive automation, process optimisation & continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks & service excellence metrics
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
