Title : Business Develop Manager-Sales( for Medico marketing )

Role Purpose : Increasing revenue and conversion rate monthly, annually.Increase customer retention rate.

Location - Mumbai

Experience & qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or any other related field 5to 8 years experience in sales and preferably medical, health related industry. Medico marketing

Skills &Competencies

Communication Skills-strong communication skills when interacting with clients

  • Ability to build relationships;
  • Build relationship within the team, executive management and with

other organisations.

Analytical Skills- Analyse the data to understand margins, the impact of sale pricing and discount.

Time management : - Know to prioritize their tasks and manage their time effectively to accomplish

their goal and targets

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key Pharma industry.

Understanding the fundamentals of our business & the clients developing newer

business &retaining existing clients.

Understand Market needs to create newer projects.

Pitching new projects with the existing Clients.

Understanding brands requirements and designing marketing communication by

briefing the medical team and creative team.

Meet the customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

Provide weekly report of client visit success and communicate data to Superiors.
