The role primarily focuses on recruitment activities , resume screening , interview coordination , maintaining HR data , admin support , and employer branding for our company page. About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation , while actively contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen resumes from job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR data, and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Support Senior HR in daily operations and follow-ups.
- Post job updates and culture content for employer branding on the company page.
- Help manage internal communication and HR-related coordination.
