Role Overview

We are seeking a  Business Development Manager  who will play a key role in driving sales, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have strong communication & relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate quality leads through online and offline channels.
  • Convert leads into active clients by providing effective consultation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the counselling and marketing teams to optimize conversions.
  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or IT).
  • 1–3 years of experience in  sales, lead generation, or business development .
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills (English proficiency required).
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and lead-tracking platforms.
  • Knowledge of visa & immigration services or education sector will be an added advantage.
