Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Telecaller based in Rajkot. The Insurance Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining insurance products, responding to inquiries, and setting up appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
• Basic understanding of insurance products and services
• Proficiency in using telecalling software and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
