Estimation Lead

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields. 10+ years’ experience in estimation / quantity surveying in the façade industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and large-scale façade projects. Proficiency in estimation and project management software (AutoCAD, ERP, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the estimation process for multiple façade projects.
- Review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
- Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Ensure timely submission of cost estimates to support bids and management decisions.
- Prepare final cost reports and assist the Estimation Manager in presentations.
- Monitor project costs to ensure control and budget adherence.
- Mentor and guide junior team members for performance and growth.
