QA Engineer – Trackk (Mumbai | Full-time | In-office)Role Overview We’re hiring a QA Engineer who is strong in API testing and manual testing , with prior experience working on consumer-facing mobile applications . This role focuses on validating end-to-end user journeys, backend responses, system reliability, and release stability.Responsibilities Plan, write, and execute test cases for web + mobile appsPerform API testing using Postman / Swagger , validating payloads, auth flows, responsesConduct manual testing across functional, UI / UX, regression, smoke, and integration flowsOwn QA cycles across staging & production releasesWork closely with backend developers to debug through logs & payload tracesValidate real-time flows like onboarding, login, user actions, notifications, payments, etc.Maintain test documentation and defect lifecycle on JiraCollaborate with product & engineering to ensure releases go live bug-freePerform post-release monitoring and production checksRequirements 3–6 years experience in QA testingStrong experience in manual testing + REST API testing (Postman required)Experience working on consumer-facing mobile apps (B2C)Familiar with database queries, logs, debugging, and payload validationExperience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Charles Proxy, Firebase, Swagger, SQL basicsAbility to break down flows, catch edge cases, and think from a user perspectiveStrong communication & documentation skillsNice to Have Experience with fintech, payments, trading, or high-frequency appsBasic automation experience (not mandatory)Exposure to CI / CD testing workflowsExperience testing WebSockets or real-time systems
