Providence - Lead Service Engineer - Healthcare Domain

What will you be responsible for?

- Work with key stakeholders to build business expansion strategies and growth plans.

- Responsible for reviewing current integration strategies and goals to identify potential strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

- Responsible for capability building for the Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications

- Interoperability Team on Rhapsody/Corepoint, InterSystems HealthShare, Azure/cloud & supporting technologies required for delivery and service engineering.

- Responsible for defining goals, career progression planning, skill evaluation, individual development plan, resource management, and team building activities.

- Support technical architects in the definition of integration solution and technology roadmaps and industry standards.

- Train talent and build a high-performance culture.

- Establish SLAs, KPIs and recommend measurement and improvement of processes.

- Awareness about the latest trends in technology and drive the modernization initiatives across healthcare interoperability domain

- Ensure that the committed backlog is successfully completed in accordance with business priorities and KPIs.

- Facilitate and collaborate with peers. and cross-pillar teams, global teams to identify common business cases, define a plan and work on new engineering solutions and initiatives.

- Facilitates business coordination with internal cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end application/system/device integration and dependencies.

- Solve ambiguous, undefined problems that go beyond product/service boundaries.

- Think creatively to meet complex business needs - translate vision into processes and requirements.

- Identify scrum and cross-functional team dependency issues and schedule priorities, and establish milestone exit criteria.

- Engage and solicit input from leadership and stakeholders to validate priorities and scope.

- The position is based in Hyderabad and requires collaboration with global teams in different time zones.

Who are we looking for?

1. Through understanding of the healthcare domain and role of integration.

2. Hands on experience on one/more of the integration engines like Corepoint, Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, InterSystems.

3. Detailed understanding of the various HL7 (V2, FHIR, CDA) and other clinical standards (DICOM) and terminology (LOINC, SNOWMED)

4. 6 to 9 years of experience in designing and building complex integration solutions.

5. Exposure on the API integration using any of the latest technologies

6. Work with the Engineering and the Application teams to develop and maintain complex integration projects.

7. Work with devops for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), automated testing and application lifecycle management

8. Work with application teams to create data pipelines in data ops, create pipelines for application CICD.

9. Proficient in one of the programming languages like .NET, Python, Java, nodejs Technologies.

10. Good understanding of SQL, networking, security, cloud, and enterprise integration architecture.
