Experience : Minimum 7-10 years in plywood / building materials industry

As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for :

• Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers
• Driving primary and secondary sales across assigned territories
• Expanding dealer / contractor networks and managing key accounts
• Ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy credit cycles
• Developing and executing regional sales strategies
• Conducting regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting
