The Role

As Engineering Lead , you will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and scale-up of powerful SaaS platforms, AI-integrated products, and composable digital infrastructure. You’ll own the product-engineering bridge and lead a team of talented developers across high-stakes, high-velocity venture environments.

This is a leadership role with deep accountability, high autonomy, and a future CTO-track.

Architecture : Microservices, BFF (Backend for Frontend), RBAC, Webhook-driven flows, Multi-tenant SaaS infra
