Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the retail business across South India including strategy, execution, and team leadership
- Take full ownership of the P&L for the region, ensuring top-line and bottom-line performance
- Drive sales growth and operational efficiency across all stores and retail touchpoints
- Identify new market opportunities and support store expansion plans
- Lead and manage large, cross-functional teams across operations, sales, and support functions
- Ensure adherence to compliance, visual merchandising standards, and customer service excellence
- Collaborate with central leadership for strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reviews
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly
