Director of Operations – Flexi Pitches

About Flexi Pitches :

We’re looking for an operational leader who can turn vision into execution — someone who thrives in chaos, simplifies complexity, and scales structure across multiple cities and teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end event operations across multiple cities — from planning and budgeting to on-ground execution.
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams across logistics, creative, community, and partnerships.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every vertical : Pitches, Intern, Roundtables.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and venue negotiations with financial discipline.
  • Track key metrics — cost per event, turnaround time, and partner satisfaction.
  • Drive automation and efficiency through tools (CRM, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
  • Anticipate roadblocks, manage contingencies, and maintain brand consistency across experiences.
  • Report directly to the founders with clear dashboards and strategic recommendations.

Skills & Requirements :

  • 6–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in events, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-city teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills — someone who earns trust fast.
  • Comfort with startup speed, evolving priorities, and cross-functional alignment.
