The job as an Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) in Rocksport, is a stepping stone to an exciting career asadventure learning advisor and outdoor instructor.The job is a multitasking assignment, where candidates are required to visit schools and meet principals / management to promote adventure based learning programs.The candidate also works as an instructor in these programs organized in city and atoutstation camp sites.Looking for dynamic individuals with good communication skills, a go-getter attitude and love for adventure travel. Eligible candidates will be responsible for :Achieve individual sales target by following Rocksport Sales ProcessAssist in updating and maintaining the school list of assigned territoryDesign proposals as per client requirementsParticipate and manage in public relation events and activitiesWork as group instructor in camps and programsProvide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.Maintain and update different types of records and files.Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to timeQualifications
- Graduate (from any Stream) with good communication skills
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- Background of sports or other extracurricular activities
