Position : Principal PD Project Management Specialist – Scrum Master
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 14 to 22 years
About the Role
As a Principal PD Project Management Specialist (Scrum Master), you’ll lead complex, breakthrough software development projects — from strategy to execution. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive Agile transformation, ensure quality compliance, and partner with global teams to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team collaboration.
- Guide Agile teams while aligning with SDLC, release, and regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate engineering best practices like coding standards, CI / CD, and testing.
- Track team velocity and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove project impediments and foster a transparent, accountable culture.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with design control and quality system requirements.
Must Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.PMP Certification & Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.Hands-on Agile experience and strong understanding of SDLC.Experience managing enterprise software or mobile application projects.Nice to Have
Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, IEC-62304.Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams.Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
