Authentication Platforms Level 3 Operations Support team is responsible for providing support services to all critical Single Sign-On (SSO) Platforms that are used across Citi. This team is looking for a candidate to join their support team as a Level 3 Operations Support. Ideal candidate should be able to work in a well-defined team structure as well as independently with minimal supervision. The job is heavy on client interaction and should have a good command of English, possess strong oral and written business communication skills. Candidate should be a fast-learner, able to do multitasking and can work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities :
- The daily duties involve a mix of operational tasks, troubleshooting and project based activities.
- Access Management : Application interactions / onboarding into relevant IAM services federation and / or Single Sign On (SSO) solutions by reviewing the application architecture.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of applications including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts.
- Monitoring and Audit : Monitor IAM systems and tools for unusual activities or potential security issues.
- Review and analyse audit logs to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Troubleshooting and Support : Respond to the incidents related to the applications / user access issues, such as login problems and authentication failures.
- System Maintenance : Perform routine maintained on IAM systems, including software updates, patches and configuration changes.
- Ensuring IAM tools are running efficiently and are upto date with the latest security standards.
- Test and validate system updates / changes in a controlled environment before promoting to PROD.
- Automation and scripting : Optimise existing automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce the manual efforts by implementing the STP – Straight through processing.
Regular weekend work and working on shifts is expected.
Experience and Skills
Must-have Skills
8+ years of relevant industry experience in one or more of the following :
Enterprise Single Sign On (SSO), Authentication and Authorization ProductsIdentity and Access Management tools and processesStrong ability to utilize Unix and Linux systems like Red hat Enterprise LinuxRequired to support applications utilizing the authentication infrastructure.Education
Bachelor's Degree.Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP are desired, but not mandatory. However, willingness to complete certification would be expected.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
