Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management : Manage EPC projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
2. Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and construction professionals.
3. Engineering : Oversee engineering design, development, and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Procurement : Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
5. Construction : Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
6. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
7. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
Technical and Managerial Knowledge
1. Strong technical Project knowledge of EPC Solar projects in Telecommunication / Railways / CM Kusum Component
2. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
