We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Executive to join our decorative lighting showroom in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, understanding their lighting needs, and offering design-led solutions that elevate their spaces. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for presentation, and a strong grip on data handling and Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate lighting solutions
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in decorative lighting
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and reports using Excel
Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Well-spoken with fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management
Ability to work independently and in a team
Prior experience in luxury retail, lighting, interiors, or similar domains will be a plus
