Job Description :

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in mortgage servicing or sub-servicing.

Prior exposure to quality control, audit, or compliance testing.

Familiarity with FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and USDA servicing requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document results and articulate rationale.

Must be able to work effectively within the offshore staff augmentation model under Client direction.

PrePreferred Attributes

Prior experience working for a large mortgage servicer, sub-servicer, or consulting firm performing QC or compliance testing.

Exposure to audit validation, investor reporting, or remediation activities.

Demonstrated ability to meet production and quality targets under minimal supervision.

Strong calibration and collaboration skills; able to reconcile differing interpretations of test outcomes.
