Demand peaks November–January ahead of January 31 deadlines;trust and accuracy drive decisions. Role Summary Own and execute all outbound digital pipeline for Tax1099 as an individual contributor —cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted lists, and micro-ABM plays—to generate qualified meetings, sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and pipeline. Partners with : Product Marketing, Sales (AEs), RevOps, Partnerships Responsibilities Define ICP;build, segment, and enrich target lists;maintain suppressions and list hygiene Craft compliant cold email + LinkedIn outreach;run multi-step sequences and structured tests Launch agile programs (net-new, re-engage, partner / event follow-ups) with clear CTAs Track funnel performance end-to-end;publish weekly insightsand iterate Coordinate tight AE handoffs, meeting prep, and feedback loops Qualifications 4-8 years in B2B demand gen / growth with hands-on cold email + LinkedIn execution Proven track record of self-sourced SQLs and pipeline (no BDR / SDR support) Strong copywriting, deliverability knowledge, and data hygiene discipline Comfortable with HubSpot / Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo / Outreach, and enrichment tools Success Metrics (overview) Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated from outbound Qualified meetings booked with ICP accounts Outbound-sourced pipeline created
