About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced analytics, AI / ML models, and business intelligence and will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from data collection and cleaning to modeling and visualization.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions and AI-driven models to solve business challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, IT) to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies in the AI / Analytics space to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles in the Analytics & AI domain.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytics / programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AI / ML techniques, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI frameworks is a plus.
