Job Title : Business Development Executive (ERP)

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Inventory, and related products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and areas for business growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a mix of networking, digital outreach, and client referrals.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend customized ERP / Zoho-based solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, deliver compelling presentations, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Zoho CRM and regularly report market feedback and trends.
Required Skills & Experience :
Hands-on experience selling Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Projects) or ERP systems.Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with a focus on ERP solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly.Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.Skilled in negotiation and deal closure across varying sales cycles.Capable of managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
