You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive and professional experience that reflects the quality of our dental practice.Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the system
• Provide accurate information about treatments, insurance, and office policies
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Coordinate with front desk, insurance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up on treatment plans, recalls, and outstanding payments
• Ensure all interactions meet company communication and service standards
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
• Collaborate with U.S.-based offices and teams
