Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer (Admixture Division) to join a leading client in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving market expansion enhancing sales performance and strengthening brand presence within the construction chemicals sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a robust dealer network executing strategic sales initiatives and ensuring optimal product availability and profitability across key markets. With a focus on data-driven decision-making market intelligence and dealer empowerment this position plays a critical role in achieving sustainable revenue growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities :

Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach and deepen penetration across target regions.

Review and analyze sales performance against prior-year benchmarks and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Oversee end-to-end sales operations to drive volume and value growth in assigned territories.

Provide training guidance and ongoing support to dealers to help them achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Ensure timely and effective introduction of new products through the right distribution channels.

Maintain consistent SKU availability at key retail and distribution outlets to minimize stockouts and maximize sales opportunities.

Design and execute sales promotion campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.

Monitor dealer profitability in alignment with company policies and long-term business objectives.

Prepare monthly territory performance reports including insights on competitor activities and market trends.

Conduct regular retail audits to evaluate market potential assess competitor sales performance and refine go-to-market strategies.

Resolve dealer-related issues promptly to ensure seamless business relationships and operational continuity.

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Commerce () or Science (); Postgraduate qualification or diploma in Marketing Management is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project sales preferably within the admixture or construction chemicals industry.

Strong understanding of sales planning market analysis and dealer management.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data analysis reporting and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.

Age limit : Maximum 35 years.
