We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and gather feedback for service improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1-6 years of experience in client management, account management, or a related role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
