Role Overview

You’ll be part of Strategy & Advisory group, working with global clients to design and scale AI and Gen AI strategies that drive measurable business value.

Skills & Expertise Required

AI & Gen AI Platforms : Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Azure AI, Google Vertex / Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, IBM Watson, DataRobot, etc.

Responsible AI : Strong understanding of ethical and governance frameworks for AI.

Strategy Consulting : At least 7–10 years in consulting, shaping data / AI transformation strategies.

Technology Insight : Knowledge of IT architecture, Cloud, Mobility, Digital, and Collaboration trends.

Leadership & Communication : Ability to manage teams, build business cases, and influence senior stakeholders.

Educational & Professional Background

MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM / ISB / Ivy League equivalent)

10–20 years total experience, with a blend of :

7–10 years in strategy consulting

3+ years in AI / Gen AI business cases or enterprise AI solutions

3+ years leading large AI projects / teams
