Job descriptionPlan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms. Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end email & SMS marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation (workflows, lead scoring, drip sequences, segmentation). Schedule and publish organic & paid social media content using Zoho Social (content calendar, listening, reporting). Create high-converting landing pages and forms using Zoho LandingPage and Zoho Forms , with proper UTM tracking and CRM mapping. Set up complete lead flow : Ads → Landing Page → Form → Zoho CRM → Automated nurture journeys. Track and attribute every rupee spent using Zoho Analytics dashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV, channel-wise performance). Run A / B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, ad creatives, and automation workflows. Perform SEO (keyword research, on-page, technical audits) and content optimization. Integrate third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways) with Zoho using Zoho Flow or custom webhooks. Generate weekly & monthly performance reports from Zoho Analytics and present insights to management. Stay updated with Zoho One new features and implement them for efficiency gains. 1–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house). Mandatory : At least 1 year of active, daily usage of Zoho Campaigns + Marketing Automation Zoho Social Zoho CRM (lead / module customization, workflows, blueprints) Zoho Analytics / Looker Studio Zoho Forms & LandingPage Proven experience in managing ad budgets of ₹3–30 lakhs / month with positive ROAS. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4. Strong understanding of lead scoring, automation journeys, and attribution modeling inside Zoho. Excellent analytical skills (Excel + Zoho Analytics dashboards). Good copywriting and basic design skills (Canva / Zoho Sites). Zoho Certified (Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation) Experience with Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Survey, Zoho Backstage Knowledge of Zoho Flow / Deluge scripting Previous work in industrial / B2B / manufacturing sector (bearings, machinery, MRO products, etc.) Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API integration via Zoho Full ownership of the entire digital marketing stack inside Zoho One Direct impact on revenue – you will see leads you generate turn into paid orders Monthly performance incentives + annual bonus
