Job Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team! As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and helping foster a positive and inclusive company culture. You will work alongside a diverse global workforce, supporting HR functions across our various teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, documents, contracts).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Conduct induction / orientation programs for new hires.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage monthly payroll processing including attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and maintain confidentiality of employee compensation data.
- Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements.
- Maintain all payroll-related documentation and respond to audits or employee queries.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, equipment, maintenance).
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and office logistics.
- Support leadership in managing travel bookings, meetings, and internal events.
- Handle employee attendance systems and ID / access management.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety standards in the workplace.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.3-5 years of HR experience , with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.In-depth knowledge of HR laws and best practices across different regions.Strong communication and organizational skills.Experience in the EdTech or Tech Industry is a plus.Why Join Us
