Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits management, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves organizing training programs, handling employee grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
