• Workday : Experience as Release Manager and System Administrator, handling updates, configurations, and user access.
• Production Support : Skilled in incident analysis, root cause identification, and mitigation.
• Scripting : Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for automation and system tasks.
• Technical Fundamentals : Basic knowledge of SQL databases and core networking concepts.
• Microservices & API development for system integrations.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing CI / CD pipelines to streamline release processes.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
• Expertise in access management policies and ensuring secure resource utilization.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tools like Ansible.
