Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal). Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Job Overview :
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead design, development, and manufacturing support for mechanical systems and components. The role involves providing technical expertise, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design and development of parts, assemblies, and systems.
- Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and change orders.
