Job descriptionIdentify and prospect potential clients within the US market, prioritizing remote lead generation for staffing services and SOWs. Conduct outreach via email, including cold messaging and other remote methods to engage potential clients. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships remotely, understanding their unique business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals aligning with client objectives. Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. Nurture existing accounts remotely to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Utilize effective sales techniques to communicate Pinnacle Groups value proposition to potential clients. Exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the staffing industry. Strong understanding of the US market with demonstrated expertise in remote lead generation and client acquisition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic remote environment. Results-oriented mindset with a history of surpassing sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
