Role Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and digitally-aware Client Servicing Executive with a strong grip on social media platforms, trends, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a digital / creative agency, be confident in managing client relationships, and be able to drive the execution of digital campaigns – especially across social channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams (social media, design, content, strategy, Performance marketing & SEO ).
- Understand social media briefs and convert them into actionable plans and timelines.
- Manage and monitor the execution of social media calendars, campaigns, and assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, captions, reels, videos, and monthly plans to clients.
- Prepare and share performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social trends, formats (reels, carousels, stories), and platform changes (Instagram, Facebook, , X, YouTube).
- Lead client meetings, campaign reviews, and brainstorms with internal teams.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team on paid social campaigns when required.
- Handle feedback and client expectations with clarity and professionalism
Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in client servicing at a digital or social media agency.Solid understanding of all major social media platforms – especially Meta (FB / Instagram), , X (Twitter), and YouTube.Familiarity with content formats, trends, influencers, hashtags, and campaign planning.Strong communication and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and basic project tracking tools.Bonus Points for :
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar.Experience managing social campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.Experience with basic analytics or reporting tools (Meta Insights, analytics).
