Job description

Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to oversee and enhance our client's asset management practices across global operations.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, process optimization, CMDB governance, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end delivery of HAM and CMDB engagements to align with SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives
Configure robust Identification and Reconciliation rules
Monitor CMDB health and resolve data conflicts
Define Configuration Items and develop process documentation
Create application maps and design reports and dashboards

Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience in the field

Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM and CMDB modules

Proven ability to drive operational excellence

Deep understanding of CMDB architecture and CI types
