Job description4–6 years of experience in Manual QA. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports. Familiarity with SQL for data validation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). Experience in HR Tech domain or similar enterprise applications. Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira / ADO.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting.
- Provide input for test automation strategy and assist in basic automation tasks when needed.
