I’m looking for a hands-on Frontend Engineering Leader who can architect, mentor, and deliver cutting-edge web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

💼 Experience : 6+ Years

🎯 Role : Principal Engineer / Frontend Lead

🎓 Eligibility : B.Tech candidates from product-based companies (Tier-1 colleges only)

🏢 Work Mode : 5 Days | Work From Office

⏳ Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

What You’ll Bring :

🔹 Expertise in architecting & building complex, scalable front-end apps

🔹 Deep understanding of React, Redux / Zustand / React Query

🔹 Strong command of JavaScript (ES2015+), HTML, CSS, functional programming, and OOP

🔹 Experience with TDD, Git, Webpack, and NodeJS

🔹 Proven ability to mentor teams , conduct code reviews , and ensure best practices

🔹 Strong debugging, optimization & performance tuning capabilities

🔹 Keen eye for design precision, accessibility, and UX excellence

Nice to Have :

✨ Experience with React 18+, TypeScript, Tailwind, Mapbox, Lodash, Moment, and Turf

✨ Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and deployments on AWS / GCP / Azure

✨ Contributions to open-source / npm projects

👨 💻 Qualification :

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of front-end experience, including project leadership.
